Where is the Pacific International Hotel located?
We are situated on the picturesque Esplanade, across from the Esplanade Parklands and Swimming Lagoon, which also features a wide range of shops, dining and entertainment venues. The Reef Fleet Terminal, being the major check in point for all Great Barrier Reef Departures is opposite the Hotel, and so is the Reef Casino. The Pacific International Hotel is 8 kilometres (max. 15 min. drive) from the above airports.

How much does a taxi transfer cost from the Airport to the Hotel?
The Taxi fare is approximately $17.00. City Shuttle Buses are also available from the airports.

Does the Hotel have Laundry Facilities?
Coin operated laundries are operated on every second floor. These facilities include washing machines, dryers and laundry powder.

Can Day Tours be booked from the Hotel?
Yes, tours to all major attractions can be booked at the Tour Desk, located in the hotel lobby.

What Business Services are available at the hotel?
The Pacific International Hotel offers photo copy and fax facilities from Reception. The Hotel also has wireless internet (fee applies), and high speed broad band internet (fee applies).

How many Restaurants are there at the hotel?
The Bushfire Flame Grill Restaurant is open for Breakfast from 6am-9.30am every day, and open for dinner from 6.00pm - 11.00 pm. There is also the Sugarcane Rhumbar, open from 5.30pm - late for tapas, cocktails and snacks.
